The free plan includes one manual check each month, and you can reopen your latest report any time. Paid plans check automatically every Monday and add manual checks whenever you need them: 20 a month on Growth and 60 a month on Scale, with the allowance shown in your account.

Most tools that advertise daily checks poll provider APIs, where a daily sweep costs pennies. AI answers do not meaningfully change day to day; models and indexes shift over weeks. We check your tracked prompts weekly and the rest of your prompts monthly on the real consumer surfaces, which measures what buyers actually see, and weekly cadence keeps single-answer randomness from being mistaken for real movement.

Discoverable measures seven engines: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. All seven count toward your visibility score, weighted by each engine's published reach; the weights and their sources are on our methodology page. Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode have no public API, so we read each one from its public answer surface and label every reading with where it came from. A prompt is one buyer-style question Discoverable asks AI on a schedule, and a plan's number is how many it holds for your account. On the paid plans, each brand and each product line has 10 tracked prompts, the ones you confirm, checked every week on every AI surface; the rest of its share is generated for it from your market and checked once a month on every surface. On the free plan all 25 are followed weekly on Claude, and your 10 tracked prompts are checked across every surface once a month. Each answer is stored so you can read it and follow it over time.

Scale holds 500 of your own prompts, shared by up to 3 brands and 15 product lines, on every AI surface we measure. As of 6 September 2026, the published self-serve volumes of custom prompts we track include 700 at $500 a month (plus a larger industry-prompt library), 500 at $400 and 400 at $489. Most rivals check their prompts daily through provider APIs; we check each brand's and product line's 10 tracked prompts weekly and the rest monthly on the real consumer AI surfaces, which is the measurement that matches what buyers actually see.

No. Every paid plan includes all seven engines we collect, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, with no per-engine add-on fees. If we add more engines later they will be included too; you are never charged extra per engine.

Yes. On the Scale plan each brand can have up to 5 product lines, and each line gets its own prompt set, its own competitors and its own visibility score, so a multi-product company sees where every product stands rather than one blended number. We never charge per product.

Yes. Plans are month to month or annual, and you can cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed up front at the stated saving.
