Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan and the 14-day trial of paid plans both start with no credit card. You only add a card when you choose to pay.
What counts as a tracked prompt?
A tracked prompt is one buyer-style question that Discoverable runs across your chosen engines on a schedule. Each prompt run is stored so you can read the answer and track it over time.
Are AI engines sold as add-ons?
No. From the Growth plan up, all five engines are included. We state engine coverage plainly per plan and do not hide engines behind surprise add-ons.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month or annual, and you can cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed up front at the stated saving.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes. If Discoverable is not a fit, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
